Refund policy
Footwear within 2 weeks of purchase if unworn and in the box. Footwear of the clearance section are final sale. Orthopedic appliances including compression stockings are not refundable.
To start a return, contact us at contact page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping at customer's expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Banks and credit card company may take a few days to process and post the refund.
